Striped down and rebuild with light weight durable design materials. The exterior has brand new marine coating navy blue paint with window and side trim. Accent red door and white and blue awning in great shape. The interior has hardwood design vinyl plank flooring throughout , freshly painted cabinets, white kitchen with black stone epoxy countertops and complementing backsplash, matching dinette booth with newly reupholstered cushions and brand new futon/sofa bed, wall lamp, wall mirror, entertainment center area with stereo(no TVs), ceiling fan. All windows have new curtains, even comes with matching decorative pillows. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, 3 burner stove, microwave, vent system, micro monitor and multiple cabinets and drawers. Before the entry to the bunk house there is a wall mirror on the left. The bunk house is at the far rear and has a full door, bunk beds with mattresses and a bureau/entertainment center area and windows. Up stairs has the stop and a built in hamper that leads to the basement storage. It has the main bathroom on the left with a full door, toilet, shower/tub that has been newly updated and skylight, cabinet and roof vent/fan. Across from the bathroom is the large closet with mirror doors and lower drawers. The sink is in the hallway near the bedroom area. Behind is matching backsplash and above is the vanity with upper mirror cabinet. The bedroom has bureau with lots of storage in the drawers and matching black stone epoxy counter top. Comes with corner TV cabinet(no TV), bed with queen mattress, roof vent with cover and bedside corner shelves. It also has the large sliding mirror closet doors.
This a great unit to pull behind your truck thanks to a lightweight and sturdy aluminum frame and all the materials used in the interior. Well insulated with central heating (propane) and ceiling A/C unit. Hot water heater with separate tank, fresh water tank, water pump, grey water and sewer tanks. Lots of room and storage thanks to 2 slideouts without the need of having a loft bedroom.
