Hey there! We’re Tiny House Construction Company and like the name says, we construct beautiful tiny houses for those looking to cutback on their living square footage or complement their current living space.

All of our tiny houses are proudly made in Canada and designed to withstand the harshest of Canadian winters.

We currently have three tiny house models and three packages that you can choose from. Click on one of the pictures below to find out more about our tiny house offerings.

HOW WE BUILD…
Our tiny houses are built following the Ontario Building Code (OBC), the focus of which is to ensure public safety in newly constructed buildings while supporting the Ontario government’s commitment to energy conservation. The OBC is updated approximately every five years to keep pace with new standards and technologies.

TINY HOUSE MODELS

MODEL ONE
Model One is an incredibly attractive model incorporating spaciousness, comfort, and a special type of allure that only a tiny house could generate.

MODEL TWO
Model Two was our first tiny house and is currently our show home.

Offering a perfect mix between rustic and modern, this spacious tiny house will make you feel right at home.

MODEL THREE
Model Three is our most unique model offering a cutting edge tiny house design with equal parts comfort and style.

TINY HOUSE PACKAGES
PACKAGE A

Package A is a partially built tiny house that is best suited for the DIY-er at heart. Being our cheapest package ranging from $8,500 – $24,000, you have the choice between two options, the Base Package A and Package A+.

Base Package A is the perfect way to get you started. This beginner build includes the trailer, entirely framed tiny house, subfloor, and house wrap.

Package A+ takes all the work out of building the exterior and encompasses the base Package A as well as the siding, metal roof, windows and door.

Custom tiny house trailer,
¾” ply wood subfloor,
walls/roof framing,
6 anchor pts. bolted to the frame,
ice/water shield,
housewrap,
and building plans.

Package A+ includes the features above as well as:

Windows and door,
siding,

PACKAGE B
Ranging from $24,500 – $58,500, you have the choice between three different options:

Base Package B is a tiny house with a fully finished exterior (see Package A+) along with the installation of rough plumbing, electrical, gas (including tanks), and insulation.

Package B+ is the whole nine yards, a fully finished 16, 20, or 24ft tiny house (not including appliances) built to Ontario standards.

The Bunkie Edition is the perfect addition to your summer retreat. Without a kitchen or bathroom, you can treat this tiny house as a perfect guest room or kids bunkhouse for those lakeside getaways.
